Just a quick reminder about the Friends of Wighton's Alasdair Fraser/Natalie Haas event on Wednesday 1st August at 1pm. Tickets are going fast for the Lunchtime Concert (1pm Wighton Heritage Centre, Central Lib). Although we have the fiddlers for the masterclass, there are still places for two or three cellists. There will be plenty of room for other players to watch and learn as that will be in the Steps Theatre and an informal session may well follow the Masterclass!

Usual Suspects Updated!
I have taken the liberty to update some of the pictures on the usual suspects page. hereAndy, Helen and David I have been able to update
But catastrophically I am sorely lacking in images of usual suspects... Barry, Arthur, Catherine, Gregor, Alistair, indeed Henk from the Netherlands and Mr Jolly from the Northern Isles are all lost presumed missing in action.. Can you help...
Also ... I was thinking that we need a new category. Those Friends of Friends of the fish. Can you identify these two dodgy looking characters lurking under the Old tar?

Irish jig set and Stewart on the pipes last night in the fish 13th july 07
Some excellent music got played last night. I have added a couple of videos to prove it. have a look in the music page here. Can anybody identify the Irish jigs? What were the tunes Stewart played on the pipes?
Further still I have to post this image of Lucy and ROZ doing a tourist board pose for the fish. Lucy is now away on her sodjurn to the USA so here is a happy pic to remind her of the fish
