Transatlantic Sessions - New Series

A new series of the Sessions starts this week on Friday evenings at 8.30pm on BBC2. It featues Ally Bain & Phil Cunningham and a host of Guests from both sides on "the pond". It has been filmed fairly close to home at Strathgarry House near Killiecrankie.

For those who are too young and missed the previous two series, these programmes are a must watch with some classic sessions.

There will be Cd's and DVD's to accompany the series at a later date.

I just love the way they play.
I love folksongs. I am hungarian, I love hungarian folks songs, too.
